Christina is available to speak on raw food, enzymes, whole food, and green nutrition. She will also share her experience of disease recovery and dedication to disease prevention and pro-active health. Her powerful story is motivating and an inspiration to others.

Christina is an expert in enzymes, raw food, whole food, greens, and digestion and absorption of nutrition in the body. She received a BA, and BSc. in Chemistry from the University of Winnipeg. Christina's current intellectual property and research include investigations of live enzymes present in cruciferous vegetables and how they may be activated to assimilate into the human body. Her particular investigations pertain to the field of chemoprevention.
